From an idea formed over many years of butchery experience, at Bayliss Butchery you will find a range of handmade sausages and burgers, made with quality ingredients for a full flavour experience. All sausage and burger recipes are also handmixed for a more rustic finish and texture.
Sausages are made with natural casings the traditional way and all burgers are hand-pressed.
Dry cured bacon is, as the name implies, traditionally cured with no added liquid, only curing salts and moisture from the meat itself is all that is needed. Speciality cures are finished after the initial curing has taken place to avoid any more moisture being introduced into the meat.
